Govts. shall not loose the right of acquiring land for industrial & infra needs to address the public needs . The 70% acceptance of land owners is anti constitutional objective , concept and Provisions . This shall be amended as a must since the govts. are not in a position to curb land mafia ; arrest & Seize those enjoying lands beyond the Land Ceiling Acts since the govts. shall not neglect their responsibility in punishing the Criminals ; Cheaters : Confiscate the excessive land & landed properties held beyond the Wealth Tax Limits since the govts. shall honour the Constitutional objective and concept of arresting the concentration of Wealth to discharge their basic duty on the redress of public grievances.
