Landlords vs Tenants, who will be at advantage?

So far rights are favorable to tenants and people are scared to rent out their homes because of fear of eviction
Squatters as tenants are using laws made just after partition and it's favorable for tenants
It will Not Be Anymore
Wait for a month
A New Law / Act is going to be passed by government, making it mandatory for landlords to Evict their Tenants in case they want their hard earned space
No explanation for fighting in courts as Never Ending Property Wars favoring the tenants
Very Soon the Owner of Property will be calling the shots without taking help from the lawyers more  

How many people understand the difference between home and house House can be equated to a chit of paper in stock exchange and owners presume to be getting richer on paper Home is the first Temple to worship higher powers to give us protection from rain and all weathers and God forbid, enemies! more  
if crores of housing units are lying vacant who is responsible for that .is the owner or the tenant. If housing unit is lying vacant we can probably assumie that the owner is having another house . this is what make the affordability difficult for the common people. If the person not intended to live are not able to live in a house then why are they purchasing a house. Only one house is enough for a family. apart from this they should not be allowed to purchase any house or land. This will help to other people who do not have their own house. Doing so the house price will not rise high and the common people can have ability to purchase their own house. If the owners are purchasing more and more house for nvestment purpose, makes the demand high and leading to a higher higher purchase price. Moreover if the house is let to rent the rental income d is not even matched for a bank FD interest rates. The interest from the house renting is very very low when compared to teven the Bank FD . so it is not a good financial decisions. also government should think implementing strict guidelines and enact necessary laws in this regards. more  
Rulers in whole Country did not and are not caring Fundamental Ethics/Norms of Housing . House is the fundamentally Basic Essential to All Families . No Family Shall be permitted to Own or Possess or Hold more than 2 Houses per Family. Family of 5 per Each Adult is to be the Base for Reconning . THE SET ASIDE OF THESE NORMS/ETHICS IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF DISASTROUS STATURE OF FAMILIES IN INDIA . Simple Rent Controls do not serve the Purpose of Housing to All . FOOD , HOUSE , ADEQUATE EARNINGS TO LIVE AND EDUCATE CHILDREN IS THE BARE MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITY OF RULE IN THE COUNTRY . This must be implemented in the Country even from Now . This is the Fundamental Duty of Constitutional Bodies under Article 21 read with Preamble Guarantees . more  
Crores of housing units are lying vacant because owners are scared of the law that favors tenants & a much needed change is needed to give more powers to people who build houses and are grabbed by tenants who are connected with helpful lawyers more  
House , Flat shall not be Construed as a Property like other Properties more
