Langada Mango in North India
Yesterday, I spoke to 3 different sellers and all 3 confirmed that they were actively using carbide i.e. masala and chinese ethylene.
When asked why, they said not only do it, but we get it with carbide ripening from back end.
I urge FSSAI to get active and take some action by sending local food inspectors to fruit mandis across north india, esp delhi, up, haryana, punjab. more
