LAW AND ORDER SITUATION IN GHAZIABAD
DEAR CIRCLE MEMBERS ---
Please refer to the earlier discussion on law and order--The same case was registered with police and MLC been sent to the police station Indirapuram. A EMAIL TO CM followed By both SSP AND IG MEERUT ZONE been sent. The hard copy also sent to SSP , We are waiting for response from the police.
Over all i am convinced with our dear fellow circle members who have supported the discussion and given their views.
One of our members referred that VK is not security guard --Member of parliament means the representative of lac of people residing in a constituency--legally he is apex representative of constituency people in all matters related living and non living he is the topmost advocate of constituency for all matters --MP is not airman--he is ground man if he speaks means lacs of people are speaking . He must be voice of all , he must be safe guarding the rights of citizens, He must be catalyst in development, growth,economy ,law reform , administration upgradation, law and order maintenance---means road, light, water, sanitation/ basic amenities at all-- he can not be master he must be servant of public ---these are not my words constitution of India says so.
He might be helping to his people if he is true leader/ pratinidhi of people in india parliament. more

Thanks to all the member i had highlighted the issue to make aware to our elite. There is no doubt the matter is purely of the state. Law and order is totally in the hand of gundas and the criminals.My intention was not suggest that circle will take up this issue . The case went under the court of law , the decision or justice may be delayed but can not be denied. lostly thanks a lot to all . Where there is will there is way i must say. more

If auto drivers can make gang and terrorize people on the streets of Ghaziabad then why not WE the common people can make a group to teach them and other growing criminal activities an answer.We citizens can form a group and if for example for this case this Auto numbered UP 14 BT 3050 should be taken into custody by the group and should only be released when the auto driver give back the loot money and apologize to the person.Union is the biggest strength .If all these criminals can form a group and take protection from police then why not we the common people can form a group and take action against them.Looking for MP or MLA will not solve the problem.This is a growing disease whether it is rape or loot.We citizens have to take action against it. more

it really makes no point to expect any government or its police to help the common man.In India all governments are working for big businesses and powerful people.We have to take care of our safety ourselves.Be self equipped to handle such cases any time by yourself without being dependent on others more

Dear Awadh ji, it is well said that MP is the representative of the Area from where he/she has been elected and his/her voice to be consider as a voice of people but unfortunately in our country the lok sabha member is not authorise to take any action or interfer in the state government matter and this we all know how bad is the law and order situation is in UP. This is we who has to be blamed , as we all know whenever SP governments comes it becomes gunda raj the worker of the party start thinking that they are the mai baap, but still we elect such kind of criminals. more

Dear Mr. Ram Awadh, What ever you say is half true but in India we have a fedral system and Law & Order is a state subject. I don't have any second thought that Gen. Singh will not try his best but dear Sir, Truth remains the truth and the reality is SSP Ghaziabad is under the CM of UP and you must be aware how efficient is Law and order system in UP. The reality is we don't have any thing like Law and Order and specially in your Area. From your comments it appears you have not approached Gen Singh. My advise to you is before arriving at any conclusion about Local MP, Just go to his office at Ghaziabad and give him your complaint along with the documents and see what action he takes or not. Please don't expect him to read your complaint from this circle and start pursuing it. more
