Law enactment

Most of the time laws enacted to implicate the behavior of Public, it becomes an avenue of corruption for the Police force. If it has to be enforced strictly, there should be honest cadres to carry out such actions. This will be possible only strict vigilance is kept on such persons. Employ credible persons in vigilance and pay them well and make them fear of loosing job and income.

Helmet rule in a country with so much population and number of vehicles is such a law of recent times. When so many are dying in various other road accidents, why a law should concentrate only on two wheeler riders. This has only benefited Police to collect more fee for themselves and less for the exchequer. In fact most of the accidents in two wheeler are created by the age group between 18 and 30 and that too bachelors. This is because of their show of thrill. This situation should be handled psychologically. All vehicles with fancy lights and attachments should not be allowed to ply on the road, as they think they are navigating some aircraft. To be effective, helmet rule should be enforced on Highways only, which can be more productive. more

Proper Roads and speed control controls every thing . But , some industries must shelter . It is just like go , go , go and go your head will not break at-least . There are your family members and the Socialistic governments to accommodate . more
Helmet wearing is implemented as a rule in the country its a blunder instead of taking measures of better roads for pedestrians and two wheeler riders Government enforcing helmet to human-beings we cannot go for a marriage with wife putting beautiful flowers , and have to find a place to keep the helmet, recently here a two wheeler carried another mans wife instead of his ,vise versa due to same colour helmet, I hope in future many more part of our body coverd by new instruments.... more
I rather say India is a country of Rule discrimination by its bias law & administration to citizen specific. more
