LAWLESSNESS

Citizens taking law in hand. Murders , beatings, settling matters through criminals is rising. With delays in law citizens are made helpless. They are choosing path of illegal paths.
A pity in indian history.
Everyday we r hearing murders, beating to setyle matters. Land problems prolonging for 20 to 30 yrs. Shame on the system
Yesterday I was in police station for one accident matter. Police trying to settle cases. Police hawaldar says that law is not existing . If case filed it will take long time. Settle it. Police can settle case in a day. What a pity. more

As pointed out By Mr Saran, the legal system should be overhauled to protect democracy. A man accused of raping a minor girl in 2006 in Chattisgarh was granted bail and after 9 years of trail, he was awarded 7 years of imprisonment on 10.4.2015 by the Supreme Court by a two bench judgement without realizing that the accused had died 3 years before the judgement. And it took 7 more months for the Supreme Court to realize their mistake. This was reported in Times Of India on 17.11.2015. The judges are like Kings and above law and no one can criticize them. They can do no wrong. No action or accountability for the judges who not only delayed justice by 10 years but had committed a grave injustice to the victim and her family who were waiting for 9 years seeking justice. In India justice is only a dream for the common man. The law is twisted by the advocates and approved by the judges for the benefit of the rich who are ready to pay any fee. more
