Leadership Crisis in Police of Delhi

What has happened in northeast Delhi has been a culmination of the downslide observed over several months. Surely when police demonstrations had taken place in November and when the commissioner of police (Amulya Patnaik) had come down to pacify his men and he was heckled, the incident should have been taken note of seriously by the government. This is a very serious incident . In a regimented force, if the rank and file revolts against you, it means you have lost the confidence of your own people. However, the government glossed over this as though nothing had happened. So what followed after that, whether in Jamia or JNU or anywhere else, was only to be expected.
What other police forces across India has such crisis going on. Citizens of those cities may want to find out and escalate to your CM. more

This appears to be a master stroke by the Govt. It is clear from the recent incidents that the opposition was fully ready for starting riots as the preparation must have been started a few months earlier. This is clear from the amount of stones,acids, weapons etc found . They had send their ladies, children etc.at Shaheen Bagh and other places fully prepared. We have seen, on TV, a five year old girl abusing our PM as if she knows every thing. Had the Govt. acted tough, the opposition would have immediately started riots for which they were fully prepared and blamed the Govt. The opposition parties have now been fully exposed by the way Govt. had handled the situation. More and more evidence of the sinister designs of opposition parties are being exposed every day as the inquiry progresses. more

Judiciary was set insufficient, inadequate. SC Order AIR 1979 SC 1369 ; [1087] 4 SCC 609 prove Collusive Plot of Congress. IPC set aside on Prime issues OF PUBLIC TRANQUILITY ; CONTEMPT OF LAWFUL AUTHORITY ; PUBLIC SAFETY ; OFFENCES CREATING RELIGIOUS CLASHES ; AND ELECTIONS . Policingg was cornered failing Law and Order. Lawyers still to abide by the Oath of Sworn Promise while the execution of Judicial Orders so harassing the Parties involved. ( SEE THE DEATH EXECUTION OF NIRBHAYA CONVICTS OF RAPE ) . This is leading the issue of Justice in ambiguity while several types of Crimes increasingly multiplied thus questioning the whole purpose and sanctity of Constitutional Guarantees .
