Leasehold to Freehold of property
Can this be done. Please share your experience. State or central Govt. I think we need to go to urban dev for it. more

Sir, I request you to again try for without bribing there may be some time gap but I think you will get success. Otherwise you adopt some sting method. more

Yes nothing moves without bribing these corrupted staff there, I tried for 15 years to get it converted on its own without bribing . But failed more

Mr. Ramesh , first the department comes under Central Govt. Second the corruption in this deptt. is so rampant that even a peon of this deptt is crorepati , they have a nexus bet. Land Mafia, Real estate agents and big Builders bigger than D company . I have told this to Arvind kejriwal when i was in IAC but he did nothing that is why i have left him (dont get me wrong ) maybe everything is not an eyewash just to come to power , maybe i and several others who left him were wrong and never wanted to slurp the cream( of power). I have known this deptt. since i was 25 years old and seen bags of cash exchanging hands bet. Builders,peon , Clerk, to sec. level IAS ( do not want to disclose his name) more

Nirman Bhawan, Land and Development Office, New Delhi. This comes under Ministry of Urban Development. I need to bring to your notice that this is the most corrupt department in India. Nothing is done without huge bribes, i have first hand experience in it and have some close relatives in the department ( wont be able to help u ) . Hope u understand, but beware of any and all the officials in this department. more
