Leave Happy Moments so loved ones eat less

When the food was in scarcity, food was celebrated in moments of happiness.

Today is not that scenario. Calories rich food is everywhere, you can eat desserts on daily basis .

Leave happy moments, people eat more when they are sad.
Stress eating is one of the major reason people are gaining weight more

We should share our happiness with gave nots. Since the population of the country is very large, too much charity will make many bankrupt. Controlling population will raise the standard of leaving of almost all. more
I agree. In the days gone by, say about 4 decades ago, two people could sit comfortably in the bus seats in Chennai. Now, the midriff and hip have widened so much that hardly one person can occupy a seat meant for two. As a medical person, I see so many people, especially, younger generation looking so unhealthy. Further, the use of make ups like lip stick, hair dye etc have added to skin ailments too. The saddest thing to see among the middle and lower middle class is the unhealthy appearance most of them present. Easy availability of junk food and other items, many of which have a lot of unwanted chemicals and adulterants. more
Calorie rich food increases the diameter but gives birth to many ailments. more
yes truly said with so much varieties and money in the hand of people and both husband and wife working it is becoming more often that people are eating outside instead of preparing food at home.People also go out which was not the case during our parents days.We will have to understand that it is our health that we are spoiling and we ourselves are responsible for it no one can come to our help unless we helpourselves more
