The Person should be from Ground level , travelled & travelling in Railway in all class , Practical & know how to handle the thick skin officers who are sitting in AC cabin & making the rules , strategy. May not be highly educated but strong leader. Sophisticated Peoples only shout on Social media but not doing Practically any thing.

Your suggestions are good but may be difficult to implement. There is no minimum qualification for contesting Lok Sabha election. Even convicted criminals currently in jail can contest Lok Sabha election and win. There is urgent need to amend People's Representation Act to ensure that only qualified people with adequate experience are allowed to contest Lok Sabha election. Another option is to select people with profound knowledge and experience from Private Sector and make them ministers.
