Legal action against Employer

I would like to know the process and possibilities of legal action against employer. My employer issue me relieving letter without termination and prior notice and also hold one month salary, gratuity etc. PF not yet deposited since 11 months. more

Thank you Mr Saif, I have all proves, even Provident Fund Account number, and I was in Finance deptt so they can not ignore my claim. I would like to know that what action and how I file my claim. more  
Dear Jaspal, as per the law first thing what i would suggest you to start to collect all the possible evidences that prove your employability in your old organisation.....as your boss will sure deny it.....and the cases you mentioned make your case very strong......After a lawsuit is filed, employers can make the situation even worse by being unprepared for depositions, "losing" documents or coming up with "new" documents that don't bear the employee's signature, being overly aggressive at settlement meetings which can cement the employee's resolve to see the lawsuit through, and thinking that the response, "I don't remember" is a better answer than giving the facts. The danger with "I don't remember" responses, said Warner, is that they leave the employee's version of the facts unchallenged............all the best..i am sure you will win a high compensation more
