Dear Amit Sinha, Please be patient and try to meet him to sort out the problem. It is seen that you are already in difficulty due to his unsatisfactory services. Don't conclude or finish the matter that it is a fraud on the part of the lawyer/advocate because by his profession as an enrolled Advocate he cannot that easily do malpractice. If at all you bent upon to do arm twisting against him pls b careful as it will add further fuel to the fire and you could not get anything in solution. It is better to start some sort of dialogue through your friend or other lawyer friend etc by personal meet since, both of you live in the same place more

I think , such trails , requests and pleads were already completed . Some times the powerful position of other side lawyer and or the opponent party supporters score the ultimate reason and all such could be jointly redressed if the Bar Council taken interest at the point of Justice or , the bound motto of the Lawyer that was filed . more
