Legal advise and matters and preparation of legal procedures for small causes courts/hc in Madras so that the petitioner\respondent by himself/herself appear in small causes courts/high courts in Madras...can anybody guide us in these matters with nominal fees in Madras(Chennai city),so that such legal aid\legal aid clinics can help a lot of people,seniors,etc...
Is there anything in Chennai/Madras city, who can do things responsibly? Can any one in legal circle,local circle give information? To. Sree..

A legal cell to help common men has to be formed at the ward level, through advocates volunteering from that area. The citizens" committee has to be formed and they are to request the lawyers to help free of cost on a rotational basis, every day in a specific place. more
