Respected Prime Minister, I wish to make the following suggestions which are of prime importance EDUCATION 1. Standardise the the Educational syllabus instaed of many syllabus like CBSE,ICSE NTSC . Let there be one syllabus throughout India ie:- National Board. The same should be extended for BSc,BA and Professional Courses like Engineering & Medical. 2.All the schools in India should start and end the Academic year in the same period of time. GRIEVANCES OF GOVT,STATE GOVT AND PRIVATE COMPANY EMPLOYEES 1.The Employees on Transfer in the above titled categories face the following problems a. Getting Admission in School b. Opening of bank Account to the place of transfer. c. Problems posed in connection with the Vehicle when the Employee is Transferred from one State in India to another. NEW RAILWAY ROUTES a.The North Central and North western karnataka has a unsatisfactory Railway Infra structure compared to the Demand. New railway Routes are required between Hubli- varnasi, Hubli-Lucknow via Allahabad. b. No Railway lines are Electrified in North Western & Central Karnataka. Also there are no Double Railway lines. more
The prices of each commodity in the International Market are escalating every now and then and India is no exception and the people have to pay the increase in prices through their nose. . But unfortunately, our rent control acts do not allow the increase in rents comparable with the market and the tenants are paying the rents which they were paying for decades back. The judiciary only acts to get the house vacated from the clutches of the unscrupulous tenants who can shed money. The Government needs to think to scrap all the Rent Control Acts.as the judiciary is not inclined to decide the matters promptly for reasons best known to them. The house-owner who has built additional accommodation to give on rent to supplement his income is virtually starved when he is helpless to get the meager rent which was in force decades back. In case the Government scraps all Rent Control Acts, the house owner can get his house vacated mutually or through police help in case the tenant is reluctant to pay the market rent. This will facilitate the house owner to play a parallel field with the increase in prices for all commodities CcBcc Insert Cancel Sans Serif Currently in plain text mode. Inculcation of Motivation in the minds of the Government employees is the need of hour. Not all employees are work evaders, but many had been transferred as lazy. Such people were to be motivated in the lines like ONE MINUTE sincere work put by all Central Government employees turns out an out put of 83333 man hours. Thus for every additional minute of sincere work by all will earn millions of man hours per day and the Country is to prosper. more
