Legal Laws/System need change need of the hour !!

our legal rules need to be overhauled as per current era and all our legal authorities/laws need to be changed including SC appointments, as corruption starts with legal ways as sanctioning of all kinds of advances/loans to big guns always wrong ways only, hence our legal system need to be changed our age old laws are useless as even after committing crime one can easily escape with bail which should be there in the system !! more

This is why Political, Legislature, E.C. Regulations were not Set-fit. This is why Casteism was not removed, Uniform Civil Code was not implemented thus challenging the objectives of the Constitution and the Aspire of Freedom Fighters . more
As long as the issue of Security, Pledge, Guarantors, Co-obligant Gurantors were strictly followed there was promptness. When the Directors who are the root cause of Financial Frauds started escaping after 90s and FDI and NRI Funds eased WHILE COURTS SINCE 1985 FLOODED WITH PENDING CASES, the whole System of Funds and Finances started misusing and misappropriation in multiple means. The Political Rule after 90s also became easier with opted nexus, Quid ProQuo , Corruption etc., whereby Every Sector, Every Field is filled with selected Corrupt personnel WHICH HAD MADE INDIA POSSESS ONLY 1% bagging majority Wealth . GOVERNMENTS STARTED EVEN COMMENTING the Reports of " CAG " as simply Assumptions of Misuse and Frauds WHILE COURTS ARE ALSO NOT TAKING THE REPORTS OF " CAG " . But, the Reports of Company Auditors , Chartered Engineers , Surveyors etc., have been patronized by the Authorities of all relevant Taxes , Duties and EVEN FOR QUALIFYING A DEBT AS " TO BE WRITTEN OFF " declaring the Unit simply as Sick and as never recoverable LOANS. All these require Strict and fit Amendment to the concerned Laws including the Code of Rule in the Country . more
First of all, only the branch manager/regional manager/Zonal Head should be authorized to sanction any loan. Rest of the staff should only facilitate the loan approval process. We should first analyse the root cause and fix up the gap to avoid such blunders and then frame laws for punishment of the guilty. more
Laws should be supportive Principles of Rule envisaged in the Constitution and shall be specific in providing the guarantees listed in the Preamble . more
