Same paperboat selling at MRP 30 and MRP 120. How can this be permitted. Shouldnt their warehouses be raided against the LM act? more

Provisions for dual pricing system have been made in the relative laws itself making the consumers preys of the greedy profiteers. more
My observation is that there is no control on MRP. Manufacturer puts MRP (how it is decided?); Retailers pack goods in their warehouse and put some MRP (how retailers decide MRP?); Even the large stores (like Big Bazar) put their sticker on packages stating MRP, BB Price (how does BB decides MRP?); How is the MRP of Imported items are decided? There is no transparency in the system. Consumer has to believe the retailer. In such situation the different MRP in two different sales channels are possible...... I believe that our authorities are aware of such situations. They should act...... more
It is surprising, how can this happen. The concerned authority should take action. more
Yes there should be some sort of cap on the pricing. Is there no concept called standard rate in India? Lol even sell things removing the M.R.P of the product. more
Similar case I had brought out about price of shilajit capsules like price in CSD (where it is exempted from central tax) is Rs 72, priced marked msp for market is Rs 259/- and Dr Vaidya setting on Internet for Rs 500/- . The actual cost price of this item must be Rs 35-40. Are we making life of People difficult ourself by cheating? more
