LEGAL SYSTEM

Recent developments in the country have raised doubts in the minds of common people about the judicial system in the country being unbiased. Parliament and the Supreme Court need to sit down and frame rules for allowing bail, if such rules do not exist. Rules should also be there to limit the time taken by courts to decide cases. It is absurd that cases take 13 years and 18 years to be decided. more

In court room there is need of Public Announcement system, Audio-Visual systems and more of engagement with petitioner and accused rather than only Lawyer. Pleading Guilty has to be views positively and punishment be very lenient orckind of reformatory or service at public place. Many poor people are in jail because of bond money or bond requirement. more
The Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India after a meeting with PM , and CMs of all States , specified the need of joint meetings among the Legislature , Executive , and Judiciary. This shall be immediately started . The Advocates & the Policemen shall work for Fast movement. The Solutions on Judicial Reforms are to be Fulfilled. more
Sir our judicial system is rottening and dolling outs dates after dates. Why not to computerise and automatize the functioning of the court. There shall be Public Announcement System, Audio- Visual System, and CCTV at mist of the places including Judge chambers. No case shall be allowed to drag for more than five years. Maximum cases are false by local police and of petty nature so shall be closed or dismissed and resoureces so generated shall be used for productive increase of country. Investigation shall be separated from the normal Police functioning. more
