Sex is an inevitable urge of humankind. Lot has happened over sex, and overt indulgence into it by sacred seers, Popes, politicians, and administration is being exposed every day. No just one gender can be held responsible and controlled to control the menace. In fact there is no example of effective control by any means. Liberal or conservative, both types of societies are equally infected by it which is disturbing or offending rights of some which is against the democratic principles.
To control the urge can be easily said to respect morality but restrain is difficult to practice. Many many objectionable things are going on illegally in guise. Let’s not speak out the eagerness and curiosity of teens that is being exploited. There is a reason to appreciate the reality. There is uncontrollable disparity in the supply and demand for sex.
Freedom for prostitution can act as a safety valve to some extent. There are societies where abuse of sex is less when prostitution is legally allowed. The subject may be considered and policy may be formulated. Needless to say, that element of force or lack of consent or third party involvement should not be allowed at any cost.

Today's S.C. verdict on 497 exempts Adultery under Constitutionally preferred Equality and Equal Application of Law. But, Socially, it increases EASY AND FAST DIVORCE ; WHILE IN OTHER WAY INCREASE KILLINGS AND EVEN MURDERS AT THE QUESTION OF SANCTITY OF WOMEN MODESTY AND CONSENSUS. This paves the path for reinstatement of Licensed Prostitution. This also prove and raise the question WHETHER CITIZEN ARE SUBJECTED TO REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIETY LIVING IN , SAFETY AND SECURITY IN THE SOCIETY FOR PEACEFUL LIFE-LEAD, BESIDES MODESTY, DECENCY, SANCTITY AND CONSENSUS THAT EVER DEPENDS ON ONLY INDIVIDUAL. This also proves that Governing Rule cannot itself sustain these issues to its traditional generations. more

Sadistic pleasure of subjugation of a weaker or helpless individual, have got its manifestation in various directions and magnitude. Therefore, one devoid of all morals, will exploit the weakness/haplessness of an individual . Individuals lacking morality will not have any sympathy but only apathy. Such individuals would not hesitate to exploit a next door neighbour's minor girl, daughter of a close relative, even father raping his own daughter, etc. etc. Do we require to maintain a brothel -alternate to every residence !!! Let is seriously consider the roots of moral degradations and weed them out. more

Though Prakash Yadav appears right, I would mention that red light districts function in many towns and cities in other parts of India, but cannot find one in any of the South India's. Now, can we say the crime rate concerning rape and sex is more in South India and less in North India? I do not know. more
