Let Delhi Government and Centre work together
Unfortunately NO one has done anything for Delhi and its citizen. NO development has taken place in last 3-4 years none by Delhi government and Centre.
Charge 1-3 lakh per vehicle at the time of registration and Rs.100-500 per day entry in Delhi from Non Delhi registered vehicles as pollution tax.
Also approve Phase IV AND V Metro lines immediately, Delhi government is sitting on it for last 2-3 years, construct NEW Flyovers, Under-bridge, Tunnel roads, Express Flyways, Mono Rails. Allow only 200-400 floors High-rise buildings in Delhi No plotted houses. Construct high-rise commercial establishments like in Newyork, Tokyo etc. Penalise heavily for encroachments on payments and Roads.
Though I am in favor of Odd-Even but make a policy on it and always implement it when required not in a hap-hazard manner when No public transport services available for last mile connectivity. Register more 3 wheeler s and regulate them through Apps. more

do we need a seperate state government? let Delhi be controlled by union government. this was working fine before and atleast it will eleminate the tussle between state and cetral government and develop Delhi for better more

Dear Manoj, You just stole my words, but, the actual problem has began from the time Center & Delhi seen two deferent Government ruling (Pulling the strings) to two deferent direction & poor Delhietes suffered the tugg. more

NO state govt. want to do any concrete action they want Modi ji or center govt. to intervene . All are playing with our life leaving in flush green big many acre bungalow at our cost free of pollution. Then why should they care if common people are dying. Something has to be done by NGT only. more

what car do you drive ? do you bribe to get PUC certificate for it ? do you generate excess garbage ? and burn it ? have you constructed your own house ? if so, were you able to control dust etc. flying all over ? Charity begins at home. Start there....and then it may make sense to discuss your suggestions. They are good, no doubt :-) more

Mr. Manoj Verma.....You rightly said that Centre and Delhi should work together. But sorry to say that Delhi is NOT declared as a full fledged and Centre does not want give any funds to Delhi Govt. Hon. Prime Minister Sahab Ji Sir does not want to stay in Delhi always in the Air and lavishly spends our tax money to other States where they have their Majority. People all the States come to Delhi for work and other State Govt. does not want create employment in their State. Delhi has become so congested and polluted but work force still comes to Delhi in search of Work. more
