digitalization of all government organisation state and central. All the application by individual public - had to be completed within the specified time frame.. and serve the customers with their full satisfaction.. whereas now all the job/work/request made has been used as a aspect for making the money/bribe by local admisntrators for making the money to the parties... can be looked at fast and big servers with good connectiivity. we are dreaming for it. more

Why is Chennai thasildar office is not yet become online. Looking for patta online more
Our family is existing Aadhar Card Holder. We recently shifted our house to our next subsequent road & wanted to get change of address update in Aadhar Card. We updated online also submitting required main document. We get URN Number later it will say that your documents is verified & later we are getting message to mobile that documents are rejected & invalid. Am surprised how a Rental Agreement Copy which is been done with Govt notary sealed get rejected. Government makes notary mandatory for all rental agreement & Govt itself rejects Notary Seal not trusting its own seal. Then what is use of Govt making notary as mandatory & dont trust its own law, then how should citizens survive in the country. Its a very shameful thing to Govt itself treating Citizens so cheaply. Secondly i went to Bangalore Yelahanka Bangalore One Office & showed him all documents. He said for change of address we will have to come on 17th on this month get token again bring Rental Agreement Copy with existing Aadhar Card, will have to bring family members also & wait in queue as Photo & Thumb Impression is Mandatory. I asked him its only change of address as he has to update in the system as everything remains the same. He said its Govt Rule & we cannot do anything. Am frustrated & annoyed. My parents are senior citizens & aged. Just few days my father went through major operation, he is under bed rest & cannot walk. My mother has cataract & she is under observation for upcoming operation. In this situation how can i bring my parents to Bangalore One Center make them wait for hours. This is really ridiculous, embarrassing thing, torture & harassment doing for its citizens. Government speaks lot on respect to Humanity for Senior Citizens, is this the way to treat citizens. Third thing - I showed my documents, he verified, said yes its valid & told me to update in online portal. I told him i have already updated in Online Portal its says its been verified but later i got message to my mobile saying documents invalid. I also showed my mobile message from Aadhar. I asked counter part " you your self have checked verified but its got rejected why is this. He said" it is valid document but i dont know why it got rejected". Is there any resolution for this. Mr.Modi speaks a lot on transformation & digital India but there is no basics things to make comfort to citizens on Aadhar Card. more
