Local Circle is an effective platform of neutral cityzens to bring about improvements and expose corruption and shortcomings. Nation do not expect railway to start anything good for nation as their only aim is to loot nation and nothing else. Therefore the cityzens should use this circle as an effective tool to control Railway robbers and looters and compel government to pay due attention to this circle. more

yes. This circle has a big role to play for the betterment of the country. All the learned may please discuss various issues and make the concerned departments forced to take measures required. Major corruption is in the construction &maintenance section of the Railway which constitutes 30% of its revenue which can be reduced by offering it to the C.P.W.D & disbanding its own sections. more

1.I don't agree with you to say Railways only LOOT us.As a frequent traveler for many years I know the improvements in passenger ticket booking,reduction of touts {if not elimination},getting lower Berths for Seniors and Lades etc. But there are few things I noticed for their attention. {a}Supplying reduced quantity of tea,coffee. Not maintaining hygiene {don't use gloves for serving snacks}.Not maintain quality of lunch and dinner . {b}Lack of supervision by canteen supervisor. {c}Do not lock doors during nights ,facilitating THEFTS by strangers and unauthorized passengers. :d}Do not supply BED ROLLS for RAC passengers in UPPER CLASS though they pay FULL FARE. {e}DoNOT give NEW set of Bed Rolls to New passenger/s when passengers get down at intermediary stations. {f}TTEs donot issue receipts and pocket fare when vacant seats are allotted in day trains.I have seen this in PARASURAM EXPRESS and informed Jt.Director by Email.Received a standard reply .But I am told the EVIL continues. Seen the enclosed content. But I disagree with statement. Rate of looting, it seem is reducing. It was very high at initial period after independence [ Kamraj plan during Jawarlal Nehrews regime attempted reduce corruption at state].
