Lets conduct a poll

How do you feel about the 2G case?

1) Truth prevailed at the end
2) Case was only for political gains
3) Business-Political nexus managed to get away
4) Can't Say

Business & politics got away with connivance of the judiciary. There is no transparency in any of the governement dealings or workings. Everything is opaque. There are so many innovative ideas / ways of corruption that law has not been update so does the old mind set of judiciary who are still looking for finger prints in the 2G scam i.e. the pen used & ink batch no. traces. The truth is still suppressed. more
MANY OF US REITERATED THIS ISSUE OF NEXUS BETWEEN POLITICIANS AND BUSINESSMEN that ruined the Nation . The deep rooted nexus between Communities and Political Rule till 1995 set many cognizant proofs in the court Record also.

All the Governing Bodies under the Constitution and the very Journalism that diversified its role and ethics is the absolute and one and only cause for these episodes . more

Corruption is deep rooted in the country and rampant and will take another decade for Indians t put Nation First and this cannot happen unless corrupt politicians are Thrown out and thecLAW of the LAND becomes common for all whether ordinary citizen or high profile or Netas.Culprits should.be treated ONLY as such and not given merit for their acquired status. Why a Neta even when convicted should be given VIP treatment and not like any other common prisoner. Also when pronouncing Hard Judgements in Lower courts One sitting Juge from High court and Supreme Court should be jointly pronouncing the quantum of judgement eliminating immediate bail and facility to appeal to higher court and BUY another 10/15 yrs of freedom to indulge in corruption.Presently the judgements in the lower courts are waste of time and energy as the high and mighty immediately apply for bail defeating the very purpose of the function of lower courts. Another important factor is the mammoth time taken by all courts to deliver justice since justice delayed is Justice denied. In such a vast country ARE We SHORT of Qualified legal personal that we cannot increase the number of courts and speed up justice? more
All concerned in this case will live in comfort and will pass away leaving their wealth to their heirs of the next ten generations and India will wait for justice for an eternity; while poor farmers will starve and continue to hang themselves. more
I feel BJP and DMK tied it. BJP wanted to make in roads into TN and AIADMK does not seem to work and hence may have worked with DMK. Judicial of course is being bought on way or another. Need changes in law in the first place more
