1] S.C. in earlier decades itself directed that Fundamental Duties [Article 51 A] are Statutory, to be enacted by Parliament. 2] Preamble assured unity and integrity of the Nation. These 2 were mandated in 1976 only after the then patriots uniquely demanded at National Interest. Amendments to Constitution were started from the very 1st year only because of the patriots, those occupied Parliament Seats demanded with hard protests and can be understood with the Amendments upto 78 . But, until JUDICIARY and President of India are wholly empowered for implementation of Constitutional Mandates and Indian Penal Code , as we had observed till end of 65 years, Political Authorities in Centre and States overruling, diversifying, diluting, neglecting and even setting aside the Constitutional Mandates and IPC too directing so the Secretariats in Governance under the the authority of President of India. Under these Circumstances , above issues although a must, 1 to 4 cannot be promptly implemented. The Issue 5 will become inevitable to have better electorate since Media totally failed in this duty bound responsibility. If empowering Judiciary and President of India for Constitutional Mandates, is not possible to our Honourable Parliamentarians, ' National Council for Constitutional Mandates' with absolute authority and empowerment becomes necessary please. more
Adjudication had been extending its interest on Individuals that urge/appeal , the Counsel that leads with his extreme advocacy referring international status of individualism TOTALLY DIVERTING FROM THE VERY CONCEPT OF Society and Nation as a whole. Many Judgments for the last 2 decades also enlightens besides the Judgments on cases relating to Fiscal Frauds, Misuse of Power, Misappropriation of Land Treasure. more
It is a mixed up demand. Some are good while some viz. 2&4 are autocratic. Hence cannot be signed. more
