The complainant going Scot free in case of fake accusation is the biggest threat to democracy of the accused category of citizens. It is not only the threat to democracy but also leading to the story of "wolf and shepherd" ultimately cascading threat to the democracy. more

IS this true: FIRST JUDGE - Was opposing the process of selecting SC judges by a transparent and democratic process (NJAC) - and yet today is moaning about to protecting democracy. SECOND JUDGE - Ordered the Army not to use pellet guns on stone pelters and Pakistani & ISI flag bearers in Kashmir THIRD JUDGE - Refused to attend PM's conference on Good Friday citing a reason " No one can ask me to come and work on a day, the constitution has given me to celebrate my festival" - and yet asks UP State Govt to come to the court to continue the hearing in a case on Raksha Bandhan with the argument that "the court can not wait for you because you are celebrating your festival." FOURTH JUDGE - is the son of a Congress(I) leader who is Ex-CM of Assam. Then how can these judges cry foul. They are getting trapped in their own web. more

Some 2-3 years I heard that Supreme Court is not interested in hearing small cases but rather interested in cases like big fishes. I never believed. The conduct of 4 judges now seems to be something interested. First of all why some one should be interested in hearing any particular case. The case is a case and need to be adjudicated. Why cribbling now for CJI perogative to hand over the cases without being consulted. I think there need to be discipline in the functioning of the courts and protect its image as Judicial Institution which otherwise is at stake because of its inconsistency in various issues. more

The Rule in India was set in such a way that No Body/Nobody placed as Constitutional Guardian. This made Directions, Advises, Suggestions of S.C. ignored even for the most important Constitutional implementations as are evident form the Court Record .
The Directive letter of S.C. in {1987} 4 SCC 609 itself is the proof of the selfish might of Political Democracy so set without requisite Regulations. The letter also proves the greatest concern of the then Judges .
I had a number of times stated that all are Citizen of India that inevitably witness the Rule in the Country . Many of our Members repeatedly called for the fast need of Reforms set in our whitepapers concluded on certain TOP IMPORTANT ISSUES including Judicial Reforms .
The Media Sharing preferred by the 4 S.C. Judges obviously is tendering the need of NJAC and, the Judicial Reforms at public and national interest . more

This action by The 4 Judges has the backing of certain Political Parties / Fraud Journalist /Senior Lawyers We don't have to think deeply as the writing is on the wall for all of us to see My take is that the 4 Judges have brought disrepute to the Judges Fraternity and must resign or impeached by Parliament (Peoples Court) Every Retired Judge is gainfully employed on some Commission / SIT etc more

These four judges conducted themselves irresponsibly wilfully with full support of some political parties as there is no code of conduct applicable to them unlike the civilised world. If they feel so strongly, they should resign their cozy chairs and enter public life. They should refrain from bringing disrepute to the nation by making it a laughing stock. more
