Sharing it since this matter has to do with Corruption between authorities of hospital and oxygen supplier. Seems like a doctor got stuck in the middle of the mess. more

What I recollect from the NEWS telecast during the days this tragedy took place: First, Doctor was taking bribe to clear bills of Gas supplier. Second, bills of Gas supplier were pending for several months, for lack of funds. Third, funds needed for settling bills of Gas supplier were not released by the designated authorities. If this is correct, both doctor and authorities responsible for the tragedy and should be punished as per the legal provisions of the country. more

If such type of mistakes happened that means there are big loop hole between supply to administration. Well from other angle he is doctor and there are a lot of dificiency in the govt hospital so govt has to give a chance to mr khan so that he can give her best and rectify their mistakes more

While actual facts are not known to us, i.e. general public, the accused is a Doctor, which means that he has and had a reasonable position in society, which also means reasonable contacts. It is rather surprising that he is not able to get bail and then prove his innocence as and when the matter comes up for hearing. or Is there more to it than meets the eye? The manuscript documents posted are accessible only up to third page. more

Dr is made a scapegoat. Its a matter of corruption and negligence from hospital authorities, government authorities, vendors etc. Doctors have nothing to do with the supply of materials in hospital. Its the purchase department or management. The question here is why no proper investigation taking place. Why doctor is lingering in jail. He should be out on bail. Its really disgusting to see the top boss of UP is absolutely incapable. Its pity they are pushing our country backward....and spoiling our image internationally. more
