LG India improper after sale service
It’s highly disappointing to have no proper response from the company like LG.
I had complained for my fridge not working around 22 Dec 2018. The engineer came on 26/12/18. With job number 181226096159, TCR No S28229, invoice no 4078, I was charged visit charges of Rs 285. However, the issue is not resolved till now. I was told that the part which is spoilt can’t be replaced. I was told compensation of Rs .....
My concern is
1) can I get another fridge in that amount.
2)Who is going to compensate for the inconvenience caused for more then 15 days n more till there is any solution.
3) does company expect an middle class person to spend 40,000 -50,000 rs every few years for electronics.
4) why does company assemble parts which they can’t replace or repair.
It’s my humble request to kindly address my problem appropriately and as early as possible. Please understand that this is serious inconvenience and I may need to reach national consumer helpline.
I need in written what ever it is.
