LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL for ALL THE WOES OF RAIL PASSENGERS :

The Madras High Court had to Rap The Southern Railways . After Large number of Passengers making complaints about the inside of the Coaches as well as in Stations & didn't have positive response from Railways . ESPECIALLY IN THE LIGHT OF HIGHER RAILWAYS OFFICIAL LIVING IN EXCELLENT AND LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATION.

Also observed that most railway coaches are filled with Cockroaches and Rats - So many hundreds have informed in the circle - If any concerned Responsible Railway Official had read the complaints and taken action on the complaints this awkward situation for the Railways could have been avoided.

PASSENGERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEMAND CLEANLINESS as per article 21 of constitution .

Also observed that if the COMPLAINTS OF THE PASSENGERS ARE NOT ADDRESSED THEY ARE LIABLE TO BE PROSECUTED .

* THE HONOURABLE JUDGE DIRECTS THAT, A SPECIAL TEAM OF OFFICIALS WITH PROVEN INTEGRITY AND HONESTY CONDUCT INSPECTIONS , MONITOR CLEANLINESS FOOD SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL PASSENGERS.

Thank goodness , the Court was well aware of the woes and the complaints made by all paying passengers through these years particularly in the circle .

The general feeling is that Southern Railways is one of the best of the 16 Zonal Railways in Indian Railways . Imagine the plight of passengers using the Trains in other Zonal Railways .

SO THIS HAS TO BE TAKEN AN ALARM BELL FOR THE OTHER ZONAL MANAGERS AND THE RAILWAY BOARD PARTICULARLY THE * MARKED DIRECTION FROM THE COURT
- Make Railways better , Jai Hind . more

So who listens. Railway is not here to listen to HC. They are here to colelct hafftta and from chairman to peon all are doing it very diligently and honestly. more
This is high handedness of the railways ministry and its senior officials, who little bother for passengers' comfort but are always busy in finding out new excuses to fleece the passengers and enjoy all kind of facilities and comfort along with their family members, as if the railways is their ancestral property. more
Better Railway should be decenterlised like road services or air services. more
We have to keep the pressure on otherwise Railway Official will again go into slumber. more
We have to be part Schhy Bharat Abijan. Since century, we never appreciate and keep our place of stay and neighborhood clean. However we are expert on blame game since century. However I have no comment on this issue. On Sat, Sep 29, 2018 at 1:12 AM Jayakumar Daniel < support@localcirclesmail.com> wrote: > more
