Link current EPF account with UAN number

Hi,

UAN is allocated to me in previous company. submitted form 11 to link UAN with current EPF account at current company. As per my company previous company DOJ is displaying as current company DOJ. So they are not able to link current EPF account to my UAN.

I want to know who is responsible to update DOJ of company and how much time all process takes?

thank you all for your comments. But one thing that why do I need to ask previous employer? previous EPF number showing correct Date of joining and end date. Whereas current EPF number showing date of joining as previous employer DOJ. Whether it is previous employer's mistake or current employer's? more

This problem is faced by most of companies and it is not one day job.The correction is to be proccessed through you previous employer and rectified by previous RPFC indeed very time consuming. EPFO should find out short solution to this issue more
