Does this mean North West Delhi is not a red zone and all shops can open in accordance with the rules. Will CM office, Delhi Govt or Delhi Police please confirm?? more

Problem arises when the general public tries to interpret the MHA's amendment order of 24th April in isolation & not alongwith it's order dtd 15th inst. Yesterday's order was addressed to the Chief Secretaries of the States who were supposed to issue comprehensive orders based on it & the 15th April order, to the general public; it should Not have been released to the general public which got confused by the bureaucratic language & partial info. more

Where's the confusion? Its amply clear that lockdown/area sealing will continue as before in Hotspot, containment zones. And all districts in Delhi are under a lockdown, with cases rising everyday. more

I am in total confusion and at present know that lock down in till 03.05.2020. My confusion was created by the statements of Brother Sisodia, by Brother Kejari, and by MHA / DP etc etc. But all are Delhi's Malik's means Delhi's owner's. more
