Local Circle--can not work 24x7 till Sanitation Dept. realy work
Local circle can just advise /some time follow it up if Sanitation Dept. wish to work-& in most of cases no such willingness is seen for various reason -top of that is CORRUPTION -getting wages even on duty on paper-getting HAFTA for cleaning .other reasons r out dated eqp.-unsafe/hygienic - even today old type of broom r given ,no masks r provided-garbage bins- if any- r not operator friendly / safe / convenient & of nonstandard /different designs /material.
Over & above No Proper Training / Motivation to work in area of SANITATION.
Govt. should elevate Sanitation as profession by CHOICE & arrange it;s teaching/study/ training as part of Social/Health Science & Technology more

Solution is as under............. Form a Local Circle in your city " PROFESSIONALS FOR CITY" .to replace politicians by Professionals in Civic Boy. Form groups of 4 to 10 persons in each ward and select a good well educated person to be the representative of that ward in next civic election. At present we don’t bother for Municipal elections, we just put our stamp on a candidate selected by Politicians. On the contrary people of the area should choose an honest well educated person and talk about him in your Ward. Let him contest and Win the election. When such persons will sit in Civic Body...you get answer to your concern. more

Very true ultimately the local sanitation dept of the city has to do sanitation and cleaning activities on a regular basis! more
