Rating any business is a subjective exercise, instead we should narrate our experiences with particular places/businesses and let the reader make a choice of where he/she wants to go. We can not be judges (who hear both points of view and decide). We should simply narrate our experience. My experience may be bad but other person's experience may be good. Without being judgmental, just describe the experience you had when you visited the place/business. I hope I have made my point clear. more
