Corruption is viral in judiciary system, without paying extra money cant get job done. For registration of house/land /flat,we need to pay extra money to them. They are not taking money directly, taking through stamp vendors/document writer.if you will not pay them you job will not be get done.minimum 20% of registration charges need to pay additionally. How we can except a judiciary system will work honestly where corruption is viral. Pls do something for that.

Dear ghanshyam, The basic problem is not with either judiciary, sub-registrar or registrar office. The the problem lies with our political system, even before independence barring few the then stalwarts knew they can not survive in power for long in a country with divers culture. Constitution was adopted with multi party system rather than DUAL-PARTY SYSTEM, that is only the root cause of corruption viral. Mr. Modi needs a strong political WILL to bring in constitution amendment converting multiparty system in to dual party system to lock corruption viral at first hand. Hopefully Mr. Modi will have access to these lines. Kailash. more
all the goverment offices must have audio and video recording and a monitering centre, all registered stamp vendor billing system should be placed by goverment and issuing the stamps shall be left with vendor, once the citizen have taken the invoice from goverment billing counter, the vendor have to issue the stamp over it, this way vendor will be able to keep his margin only and he will get it from goverment counter, no direct cash transaction with vendor. more
