I think for Start Up related queries/resolutions, coordination should begin at district level - basically bottom up approach instead of top-down approach. If the start-up is able to access the government machinery through ,say DCs or DMs, for their issues, the resolution will be faster, easier and simpler rather than waiting for reply/instructions to come down the ladder from the ministry itself. This is just a personal opinion. more
