Dear Mr. Sharma, Please share the profile of the candidate, your no is not reachable. Regards more
Dear Mr. Rana, Please understand we hire the candidate based on the kind of opening we do have with us. Also with due respect we all knows that man & woman are equal. We also not bias in physical reasons and strongly believe to have quality employees. Please understand every organisation has their own standard and structures while recruiting the candidates, and the opening was asked for accordingly. There is no need to think having an woman employee means they are attractive or will generate higher sales volume. Its a baseless thought. Thanks to share your input. Regards Ashok more
Dear Ashok, I may sound blunt, but please do not take my professional ethics out of context. What I am about to tell you may ruffle your feathers, so to speak. In your posting, you mention "Looking for a Female Candidate...". Why are you fixated on hiring women for the position of Sales Manager; are men less attractive or; does the presence of women attract higher sales volumes? Kindly advise. Men and women are equal and must be treated the same in all respects, except pehaps physically. If you hire a woman then, your business is averse to men and vise-versa. As leaders, we must keep everything on even keel. As such, it is my request to you to please revise your posting on local circles. You are limiting your own vision and ethical standards.
