LOOT BY GOVT AND BUILDERS- RPS PALM PROJECT FBD.
A floor booked with commitment of possession in 24 months and firm rates under construction linked plan in 2010 for which builder committed for nominal penalty for delayed possession to customers is yet to come-up with assurances.
Approx 95% payments have been collected long back and exploitation is in process. So called bill on the subject is no where to help applicants.
The Govt. of Haryana and Builder both are against the principle of help to needy house seekers,
evident from the statement below:

Hidden demand :
Increase in material cost 5.0 lac
Silent for delayed nominal payment for delay in possession.
Claiming 18 to 24 % per annum for delayed payment to Builder/them.
Reality:
Such a vast project on present rates can be brought up in time with 25% less cost as given above.
WHERE ARE GOOD DAYS OF MODIJEE. WHY SILENT EVEN AFTER THIS STATEMENT. IS IT ACHIEVEMENT OF LAST 02 YEARS IN OFFICE of PM.
