Looting and Torturing School Students

Schools in Coimbatore are making kids wear blazers during this scorching summer exhibiting a total lack of basic human empathy. Conducting classes in April is already challenging, but it's even more inhumane to subject students to blazers, ties, and shoes in such heat. It's concerning that educational institutions are enforcing this.

Also it must be noted that this whole blazer stuff is mostly because schools earn a commission on every blazer sold. They get them made at INR 350, make it uniform and force parents to buy it at IND 1500. If they won’t enforce it, parents won’t buy it and that’s a loss.
Many schools earn a lot through uniform vendors.

LocalCircles should escalate this so Govt makes rules around sale of uniform such that schools cant profiteer. A small vendor profit of 15-30% is fine. Currently its like 300-400% more

Most of the schools and colleges are run by politicians to loot money. TN Govt will staunchly oppose Navodhaya or schools run by central govt schools neither improve quality of Govt schools. How can we expect Govt to take action?! Change the Govt is the only thing to make it possible. Choose a politician who has vision for the future of nation, provides solution to problems. Think about the future of our kids who are going to live in this country after us before voting. more
