Low T4 but normal TSH
I was facing some weakness and loss of concentration even after a long spell (6 weeks) of mild fever (99F) that used to come for a short duration during day time. Pain on the left side of chest sometimes. I didn't loose any considerable weight also during this period but after doctor's recommendation I got my thyroid test done. I had my all tests done (ECG, Blood, Liver, Kidney, Ultrasound, Urine) which doesn't indicate anything serious.
Here is my Thyroid test report:
T3 - 50 ng/dl (60 - 200)
T4 - 1.8 ug/dl (4.5 - 12)
TSH - 4.74 uIU/ml (.30 - 5.5)
Is this an indication of Hypothyroidism. Is there any treatment in Ayurveda or homeopathy ? more

normally curry leaves known to others is kariveppilai.Not only iron but also good amount of fibre. coconut is peeled of and cut to small pieces and with less quantity of water grinded to get coconut milk more

Singh, coconut milk means not Tender Coconut water, but it is the extract of milk from the wet coconut, the inner white edible part, which we can get in thick liquid form by grinding thoroughly. Karvepellai is a Tamil word, meaning the leaves used in cooking, like coriander, for some hot dishes, which r rich in iron, very helpful for anaemic patients, whose haemoglobin (iron) content is deficient in their blood. more

You take a mixture of coconut milk and karivebpilai juce in the early morning. After that you take food if you feel hungry otherwise do not take food until you get hungry more
