Most suitable is Salman Khurshid or any other such candidates Vs Sazia Ilmi. Her win ability factors and probability are high in such areas.
In Delhi your selection of Sardar Jarnail Singh from Tilak Nagar was good as area is dominated by Sikhs,Punjabi and Businesmen. Now also he is correct seeing vote bank equation.Though AAP will have to work hard for wooing Bihari's,Eastern UP,Utterachal and slums.
