LUT Submission

During 2017-18 our companies total export turnover for service was Rs. 24.65 lakhs..we have recd full payment ..do we require to submit LUT?..As per circular of JULY 2017..Minimum amount to be recived as foreign remittance has to be Rs.1 cr or 10% of total export turnover..I.E 10Cr..

Similarily for 2018-19 we have received so far Rs 1.22 cr and remaininmg invoices to be raised upto March 2019 will be around Rs. 45.62 lakhs so total turnover for export will be Rs 1.67 cr do we require to submit LUT ? we have received 73% of total turnover..kindly guide.. more

You have to execute the LUT. It is a simple procedure, you can execute ONLINE. more
