Don't tell me you are Indra Nooyi that you don't even have 5 minutes spare.
If you pre grind your masalas at home and keep in the fridge then it will take even less.
My Friend health deteriorated in 2006 when she was eating only maggi for one meal.(don't talk about moderation why when we eat a balanced meal 100% of the time we dont' fall sick).
I tought her to make masalas. Just like the taste maker You can get powdered Onion and garlic powder and even dried fried onions if you are so lazy.
Then just grind 5 spices(for authentic chinese flavours) and these powders and keep in the refridgerator. You now get dried parsley and even corriander leaves dried.
Boil the regular Hakka noodles only take 5 minutes. You can get pre cut vegetables and mushrooms and fry them while the noodles are boiling then simply drain and add it to the vegetables and masala.
Use some good quality Soy sauce like Kikkoman(naturaly brewed without ajinonomot. Don't get Chings or anything else) for even better flavor
This is only if you are kids want to eat noodles.
Otherwise Kids should be fed a good balanced Indian meals there are thousands of Indian snacks and meals that even kids will love.
But sadly mothers have forgotten or don't care enough to make them and instead feed kids packaged junk(I don't even call it food)
So there is no Baba Ramdev Invovled Instant noodles all over the world are unhealthy and made from substandard ingredients and have hidden MSG.
Unless the noodles are organic(they have very less shelf life) more
Its should be banned you can get it banned if you file an RTI. more
