 Over all Positive Rate of 18% is really worrisome. It used to be 4 and later 6%. We do not know the protocol of selecting the cases for Testing. If it is very selective per centage can go up. But if all contacts ae tested % should be low. Or it means we are in Community transmission mode. With Regards Dr P  R.
