Ms. Das Nobody is afraid of the Law Land. Any crime which takes place in India, our so called Hon. Lawyers will save or fight for the accused and not the complainant. If the Accused is financially strong then they would suggest for a compromise between the two in cash or kind. Police makes,unless pressurized by the Higher Authority, weaker case under IPC sections with result the accused is escort free in the courts. In India there are too many ladders for appeal Section Court, High Court, Supreme Court, President of India etc. Proceedings are too slow. Getting a bail is quite a easy task in India. more

The right option would have been for the people not to watch the film instead of creating nuisance in the country. When film would have been observed partial we had full right to question even Supreme Court for its judgement. more
