Make building bye laws more people friendly
Dear Sir,
Please note nowadays it has become quiet difficult for people of Delhi to build their houses as local councillor,MLA, MP, local politicians,state level and Central level Ministers, along with MCD plus police and local goons attached with political parties make complaint of these houses and then for closing these complaints they ask for hefty amount of money from these people which goes from 2 lacks of Rs for each floor and for 4 floors it may go up to about 8 lacks or 10 lacks and for hotels or towers it is much higher. So for bringing justice to people of Delhi it is essential to relax some building bye laws and to allow people to pass their maps and to do registry and giving them completion certificate so that they could be saved from this torture, harassment, plus extortion of money from various departments and goons plus politicians.

If you make any simple deviation from the existing rules it is as good as promoting corruption. So make sure that your construction has no illegal angles so as to demand hefty amount from you by any of the mentioned group and get ready for a legal battle. If there is no deviation nobody can hurt you. more

It is the MCD staff only which is making .money by hook or crook. Please mail me your complaints. on shivarchitect@yahoo.com or contact 9810075036 as we are fighting on all type of corruption in building industry. Make sure you follow the rules and will not deviate from it. more
