Make call for Bandh a non bailable Offence

Every Bandh is resulting in loss of public and private property worth crores of Rupees. Therefore a new law is required to protect common man. Calling a Bandh should be made a non bailable offence and all leaders of a political party should be arrested. more

Exactly 4 months since farmers started protesting. Despite the courts having made a statement regarding government's convenient stand, government putting the onus on farmers. No solution this way. Government bringing the laws through ordnance route, should be softer, insofar as being in power gives one the vantage point in exploring alternate options, such as bringing more agro-industry, could be millet based, to the state so that more opt for Modi's choices, rather than being imposed top down and coercively. Yes, this could take the 18 months deferment put forward by Modi ji on those laws. more
Agree. There was a loss of thousands of crores during Jat , Patel, Gurjer, Dalit agitation without any reason. Arrest the leaders and recover the loss from the party they belong. more
This was worked better till 70s at Public Interest for Constitutional Provisions . But, since 90s absolutely politicised, resulted in damages to public and government properties , Time of p.a. of governments. Many have been using since a decade, for collusive political options and even some by so Social Activists/Agravists. These are to be banned and set at non bailable offence . more
