Make in India is Fast Needed
The State and Central Governments shall plan and propose the products that could be manufactured from out of the Conventional material and material / natural Resources of the various Districts and help the Districts in working out the feasible products to be made .
B. Industrial Infrastructure : States and Centre shall workout and identify the areas that possess maximum industrial infrastructure including Water , Drainage , Road & Rail Transportation and , the Power . The States and Centre together shall increase and expand the various infrastructural needs suitable for making and marketing at ease at low cost .
C. Market Orientation and Management : States and Centre have to study and locate the markets both within and abroad for the items of manufacture of all the Sectors starting from Large/Medium to Cottage and Micro Industries .
The Centre and States shall strive to plan for the production of alternative items that are now under import and world e-marketing , codify and circulate to all the District Head Quarters enabling them to develop the Districts in Making the marketable products .
D. Financing the Projects : The States shall ensure 70% financing for manufacturing and Processing Units and even 90% on Cottage and Micro products identified .
The States also have to provide fast licensing including Technical knowhow through Banks who have to ensure proper and prompt utilization , in addition to the District Development Department al Officials .
The States shall strictly apply cashless transaction campaign and control of Corruption at all levels .
E. Digital application in all Districts : The Centre and States shall ensure electronic applications and net working Systems specially providing Grievance and Reporting Cells enabling the Citizen and Entrepreneurs have regular contacts and reddressal of their grievances , Problems etc., solved on top priority that helps clearance of any bottlenecks , hurdles in the Businesses .
The Central Government shall guarantee Free and Eased administration including the Law and Order in and at the Industrial Units including the Market Orientation and Management . more
