Make in India is Fast Needed
A.Make in India = Small , Cottage and Micro Industries = Improving Production in India : All the Districts to identify & locate the items from the Natural Resources for manufacturing and processing . The District Development Authority shall get from the Centre and State, the possibilities and economic feasibilities of the Products that could be made from these Resources .
The State and Central Governments shall plan and propose the products that could be manufactured from out of the Conventional material and material / natural Resources of the various Districts and help the Districts in working out the feasible products to be made .
B. Industrial Infrastructure : States and Centre shall workout and identify the areas that possess maximum industrial infrastructure including Water , Drainage , Road & Rail Transportation and , the Power . The States and Centre together shall increase and expand the various infrastructural needs suitable for making and marketing at ease at low cost .
C. Market Orientation and Management : States and Centre have to study and locate the markets both within and abroad for the items of manufacture of all the Sectors starting from Large/Medium to Cottage and Micro Industries .
The Centre and States shall strive to plan for the production of alternative items that are now under import and world e-marketing , codify and circulate to all the District Head Quarters enabling them to develop the Districts in Making the marketable products .
D. Financing the Projects : The States shall ensure 70% financing for manufacturing and Processing Units and even 90% on Cottage and Micro products identified .
The States also have to provide fast licensing including Technical knowhow through Banks who have to ensure proper and prompt utilization , in addition to the District Development Department al Officials .
The States shall strictly apply cashless transaction campaign and control of Corruption at all levels .
E. Digital application in all Districts : The Centre and States shall ensure electronic applications and net working Systems specially providing Grievance and Reporting Cells enabling the Citizen and Entrepreneurs have regular contacts and reddressal of their grievances , Problems etc., solved on top priority that helps clearance of any bottlenecks , hurdles in the Businesses .
The Central Government shall guarantee Free and Eased administration including the Law and Order in and at the Industrial Units including the Market Orientation and Management . more

Industrial area in every district need more attention ,because there is hardly 5% progress after land allotment by agencies like UPSIDC,DIC ,etc. ,Even in NCR region where land rates are on high, area like Tronica city yet to develope after 30 yrs,likewise in other cities, Busiuness men r reluctant but getting assistance. more

The following are still not being opted by States and now to be addressed through District Development Authorities . 1. Identification of different types of Industries those require Adequate waters ; Sufficient drainages ; Those of differently such ; is to be Selected to enable Fast Start-up. 2. Industrial approval Single Window Desks at those Districts to be started. 3. Promoters / Investors are to be notified / well informed of the Profitability and Easy market besides Provision of Loan Funds at Ease. 4. Necessary Power & Electricity etc., infra-structure to be Planned and Programmed for Fast Licensing & allocation. 5. Easy , Low Cost Raw-material , chemicals etc., markets be made available to Entrepreneurs’ Planning. 6. In cases of industrial Units requiring compulsory Treatment of their Effluents shall be made at Low Cost or Remedial Drying System . 7. District Industries Centers OR District Collectorates shall be involved for all Licenses , Registrations , infra-structural approvals and so. 8. Industrial Incentives for the First Five years such as Tax Adjustments is to be made applicable. 9. Bankers shall be made alert on Fast reviving their Working Capital Limits in cases of Draughts or Calamities whatsoever WHICH ONLY HAD BECOME THE CAUSE OF CLOSURE OF PLENTY SMALL AND MANY MEDIUM INDUSTRIES EARLIER. more

Gross negligence on Industrialism since 90s ill-fully imbibing the Evil depending on Imports diluted the then R & D , QCD carried till then with the goal of Economic sufficiency in the Country . This had initiated the Money laundering , Quid-prokho trough the Agencies opted while totally ruined the issue of utilization of Indian Resources and caliber/Skills . There is absolute necessity for energizing the District Administration under Union Control since the issue of convincing the States to come in line hand in hand for such development will be a never ending dream in the present stature of 7th Schedule . more

Are you all so sure there is any sense to this Make in India? For, as I see it, there will never be any technology transfer as was the case with China. Our leaders of any party do not have it in them to make things happen on global platforms. They behave like slaves, exception: Indira Gandhi, of course, without any bias, I pray. All they know is how to sell our country and welfare of her people for pittance. All the moves Modi is making point straight towards what I am saying. A good approach to start at district level. Certain things available from technology like satellite imaging can be superimposed on district mapping with all geological and other relevant data to give a basis of further planning! As for as maximum infra structure, it may be maximum in and around Metros and other details available should be summarized from development of point of view should also be made available at the tips and regular targets and monitoring might also help! more
