Satyapal sir don't expect improvement. They are in a feeling that they are serving more to the public. In every compartment irrespective of the class full of cockroaches and rats on top of that very bad smell. How can you expect improvement. more
This is HVAC System , Automatic. No need for human interference. The Temp. Can't be down or up for single passenger. Rly has Provided blanket , Bed rolls to AC Passengers. They have to use it. For One passenger it is not justify to punish 71 / 47 passengers. The Side table should be removed totally as peoples are using to keep their luggage instead of lunch / dinner. Also It create obstacles for side / window Passengers while stand up. It harms knees. One day somebody will put body damage compensation case against rly. in court. more
railways are now moving in a different direction with vande bharat etc but service has gone for a toss with cleanliness. In a bid to show off to the world on the bullet trains other things like service oriented pricing sr citizens welfare concessions are taking a back seat and govt does not care more
I support and reiterate the concerns of Mr Satyapal Sing. But privatisation is the worst solution. We must learn from the UK experience. more
Over Cooling is a issue. They should implement automatic climate control just like cars. As far as extendable and foldable tables are concerned, it will only reduce luggage space underneath and may restrict mobility within coupe. It would be good if we learn to cooperate with fellow passengers for a day's journey or two. more
