MAKE RAILWAYS BETTER

for automatic doors, we have to wait for several years and active railministers. if TTES AND RPF/ RAIL POLICE, BECOME ACTIVE AND TAKE SURPRISE ROUNDS IN COACHES TO CHECK WITHOUT TICKETS,IT CAN BE MINIMISED.OUR TTES ONLY ONCE CHECK TICKET AND SIT ALONE, YOU CANT TRACE. OTHER TTE COMES AND HE CHECKS ONLY NEW COMERS AND GOES NOT TO COME BACK.
ITS THE SITUATION. TEA VENDORS, LOCK AND KEY SELLERS, BEGGARS, A LONG QUE TO TELL.YOU CAN ORDER FOOD, BUT TEA, WHEN YOU NEED?
OUR GOVT CANT PROVIDE TEA FACILITY TO TRAIN PASSANGERS?
WHY NO PANTRY CARS IN ALL MAIL AND EXPRESS TRAINS?
ONE PANTRY CAR GIVES EMPLOYMENT TO 30 TO 40 PEOPLE.
HOW MANY HUNDREDS MAIL/ EXP TRAINS .
ITS A GOOD BUSINESS. thousands from hotel management , cooks , helpers can get job.
pantry cars contracts are given on higher rates by tenders.
so IR can also earn good revenue, if it spares some coaches for pantry cars.
snatching of bags at doors, and threat to life, can be avoided, if we take care and rail police on plateforms too remains active and arrests such thieves by seeing in cctvs. more

The TTE and RPF staff should be vigilant and be responsible for any irregularities in the trains. more
Pantry cars must be provided in trains which run for more than 15 hours and also if the journey time of the train is for the entire day e.g. Udyan Express-- No pantry car at all. Train leaves Mmbai at 8.00 a and reaches Bengaluru next day at about 9.30 am. more
Dear Satyapal Singh , Thank you for your mail and remembering me cherishing those days when you were in Mumbai.   Congrates for active railway minister and officials like you responding whole heartedly to him.  An active alert by railway police on platforms, railway compartments, and property of railway, and looking at railway passenger as their customers smilingly will improve railway administration as well.  With regards, P.R.Nene, Dadar, Mumbai On Wednesday, 15 January, 2020, 02:06:56 pm IST, Satyapal Singh wrote: more
i THINK WE SHOULD USE TECHNOLOGY TO OVERCOME PROBLEM OM OF SHORTAGE AND UNWILLING EMPLOYEES. CCTV CAMERAS SHOULD BE FIXED IN EACH COACH COVERING DOORS, CORRIDOR AND EXIT ENDS OF COACH. Monitor should be next to Guard continuously observed by a Railway employee and suitable action taken to eliminate inconvenience to legitimate passengers. It should not be necessary for passenger/s to lodge any complaint. TTEs should have Ticket/penalty etc. charging machine as given to Conductors of State Transport Buses. If any berth reservation holder does not turn up then eligible RAC ticket holder should automatically be informed of his now allotted berth on his registered cell phone, without intervention of any TTE or other person - This may help in eliminating/reducing possible corruption. Satyapal Ji nowadays work load to TTEs & RPF including their attendent is extra- ordinarly too much that is the reason even they are not in a position to sphere their time to open the door in halt station for new passenger carrying reserved ticket , last week I was travelling from Haldwani to Lucknow in 2nd AC the halt time at Haldwani is 2 minute I was surprised that both door of coach remained lock I had to enter from gallary of 3rd AC coach after 10 minutes departure of train TTE came for checking whether passenger turn up or not, Surprisingly I was only one passenger to board from Station. The reason for their over burden may be as follows:-1- Salary package is very High.2- In night hours they have to take sound sleep so that they may be fresh after 8 hrs duty to be comfortable with his family or other work.3- TTEs are not aware of their duties & responsibilities. My suggestion is Railway must start collecting on line feed back from at least passenger travelling in reserved coaches about the availability of TTE in the Coaches, Cleanliness of Coaches, etc more
