Make railways better

It always happens when trains pass from some particular stations ,where local passengers/office goers board .Local vendors always move from all class ciaches including 2nd AC.
Online catering services are not effective.Becauze 60% passengers don't use digital facility for on line payment. Some dislike hotel food due to adultration.pantry cars are in a few long route trains.
So Without out side vendors, passengers don't get even a cup of tea.
TTE comes only once to check tickets. RPF is not there At that time..
IR issues waiting/excess RAC tickets knowingly for profit. all tickets are not confirmed.passangers feel discomfort due to accommodation problem.
Wait tickets should not be issued by IR. more

Both staff and passengers need to maintain descipline. Action items can correct for quick solutions,Otherwise we are not doing our job? more
Railways permitting waiting ticket holders to travel in reserved coaches has made life of passengers having reservations miserable. Most of such passengers are labors working in other states. They deliberately buy waiting tickets at the last moment and in large groups they occupy berths/seats in sleeper coaches. TTE never bother to admonish them to keep discipline, they play music on their mobiles at high volume, make noise during night also, blocking way to toilets, throwing trash into toilets, the list is never ending. Railways should take suo moto action. RPF / TTE should not wait for complaints from passengers. This problem has now crept into 3 AC coaches also. more
More RPF checking and security aspects needs improvement more
The non accountability, secure job, fixed increments, time bound promotions without linking to performance are the root causes ailing the working of IR for the last 7 decades. A govt. service provider cannot be a good in delivering efficient and cost effective service. more
I endorse the opinion. more
