Improve the platforms and railway station by opening grocery shops, to improve station toilets cleanness introduce pay and use method for better cleaning, the new Make India bogies can be given to private cleaners in contract basis for better maintenance. more

I found cockroaches all over the place in Duranto kolkata to Mumbai, after paying fares like rajdhni. This is undesirable. They were on the bunkers and it was a painful night to sleep face covered with them crawling over the bedcover. This was my first and probably the last experience I would have of Indian railways. more

All railway stations are to be provided shelter fully. Otherwise, passengers have to wait in hot sum or rain. Seats are to be provided in all platforms in adequate number. more

EDUCATION re. Cleanliness,Orderly Conduct at Station & Concourse, LAW & ORDER re. Track Crossing, Preventing damage to Railway i.e. Nation's Property AND HEALTH re. Sensitisation of the Janata on how Rly. Staff who work under severe stress to ensure Safety of Passengers/Cargo and working towards maintaining Time-Table Schedule(Punctuality). Also, constructive & instructive penal action against violaters, at times exemplary, to deter latent mischief mongers. more
