MakeMyTrip forcing to do singapore travel
We have Press Release from India Government portal to avoid Singapore travel: http://pibarchive.nic.in/newsite/erelease.aspx?relid=199493 With this same information, I asked Tiger airlines to cancel my flight & they have done the refund too in 5 working days. But MakeMyTrip is not doing refund.They are asking me to travel to singapore inspite of corona threat.We are 4 passengers where two are senior citizens.If we travel,corona impact may happen.But MakeMyTrip is not understanding & asking us to do the travel. My travel date is supposed to be 14 March 2020. As corona threat is severe,need assistance in getting full refund. more

MakeMyTrip is a cheat. Last year (June'19) my niece bought 2 nos. return tickets of Jet Airways for Mumbai - Berlin sector through MakeMyTrip, but the tkts were cancelled by MMT due to closure of Jet A/W. Money has not yet been refunded by MMT as they claim that they have not yet got the refund from Jet A/W. Citizens shld be alert to deal with them. more

Makemytrip is not a genuine company.My experience is bitter in booking hotel rooms through makemytrip. more

Local Circles should immediately take up this matter with concerned government officials / offices to advise all tour operators for immediate refund of cancelled tours. In case any tour operator denies for refund, should be dealt with appropriate actions. more
